In 1995, with 18 years of multi-line adjusting and supervisor claim experience, John Braniff opened the Nashville office of Hatch Jones and Associates, an established multi-line independent adjusting firm based in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2001, as a result of changes in ownership within the company, the Nashville office evolved into Spikes Braniff and Associates with John Braniff and Dale Spikes as the principal owners.
After 45 years in claims, Dale retired and in 2012 John's son, Jarett, an adjuster with the company since 2006, became partner in 2013. Over these years, Spikes Braniff and Associates stands committed to providing prompt service thorough investigation, technical experience, and detailed reporting that has established the company as a premier provider of claims adjusting service in Middle Tennessee.
