In 1995, with 18 years of multi-line adjusting and supervisor claims experience, John Braniff opened the Nashville office of Hatch, Jones & Associates, an established multi-line independent adjusting firm based in Memphis, Tennessee. In 2001, as a result of changes in ownership within the company, the Nashville office evolved into Spikes Braniff & Associates with John Braniff and Dale Spikes, as the principle owners. 

After 45 years of work in claims, Dale retired in 2012. John’s son, Jarett, an adjuster with the company since 2006, became partner in 2013. Along with adjuster Brad Lawrence, Spikes, Braniff & Associates stands committed to providing prompt service, thorough investigations, technical expertise, and detailed reporting that has established the company as a premier provider of claims services in Middle Tennessee.
